5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days from delivery, subject to product eligibility and the conditions below
Products must be returned unused, undamaged and with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, serial number and invoice where applicable.
If a paid order is cancelled, the refunded amount will be returned to the account provided at the time of purchase. Bizz Bazar is not responsible for the exact time required for the transfer, as it depends solely on the processing time of the bank.
Damaged in transit
Customers should notify us within 24 hours of delivery if a package or product appears damaged and provide photographs/videos of the package and product.
Refund
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Actual crediting time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Items not eligible for return include:

• Products damaged due to misuse or overuse.
• Products returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, and attachments, or if the original packaging is damaged.
• Products with a tampered serial number.

• Products that have been used or altered.
• Return requests initiated after 10 business days from order delivery.
• Free products, which are not eligible for returns.

6. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer warranty is applicable only where expressly stated for the product.
Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Customers should retain the original invoice and product serial number.
BizzBazar will assist customers with warranty-related communication where applicable; final warranty eligibility is determined according to the relevant manufacturer's warranty policy.
